As COVID-19 cases continue to rise with the advent of the omicron variant, the health of our guests and our staff is paramount. We continue to stress the importance of masks regardless of vaccination status; our Lox Star team is fully vaccinated and masked.
Due to the amount of COVID-19 cases in Knoxville and beyond, stylists now have the individual ability to mandate whether or not their vaccinated guest wears a mask. Please bring a mask to your appointment in the event your stylist asks you to wear one.
Our policy regarding unvaccinated guests remains the same. All unvaccinated guests must wear a mask through the duration of their reservation, no exceptions.
We know this is frustrating and pandemic fatigue has long set in. We feel these same frustrations. However, the health of everyone that sets foot in the salon is our number one priority.
