Booking and Deposit Policy

Your reservation is important to us! We’ve set aside a certain amount of time in order to serve your needs best and as such we require a non-refundable 50% deposit as well as a credit or debit card on file at the time of your reservation. The deposit will be applied toward your total service fee at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24-hour notice prior to your reservation time if you intend to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will keep your 50% deposit on file and apply it toward your rescheduled date. However, if the appointment is canceled within the 24-hour window, your 50% deposit will be lost. Our stylists operate on commission and cannot recoup the total lost in such a short time frame.

Please note we are closed on Mondays. If your appointment is on Tuesday, a voicemail left or an email sent to LoxSalon@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior will suffice.

No Show Policy

A no show greatly affects our stylists and other guests. The reservation lost cannot be filled resulting in no pay for the stylist and other guests on our waiting list have lost an opportunity to make a reservation. As such, the card on file will be charged 50% of the service total.

Late Policy

Please allow sufficient time for parking, etc. prior to your reservation. A guest arriving fifteen minutes past their reservation time or later will be considered a cancellation and the deposit will be lost.

Adjustment Policy

Any adjustments needed to a service rendered must be done within seven days of the original appointment. Adjustments needed beyond the seven day grace period will be considered a new appointment and subject to a 50% deposit and full price service.

Right to Refuse Service Policy

If our team feels as though a guest poses a safety risk they reserve the right to refuse service. This includes, but is not limited to, skin infections, lice, contagious illness and belligerent behavior.

Pet Policy

We love your furry friends! However, due to health and safety concerns, we ask you leave them at home during the time of your reservation. Exceptions will always be made for service animals.
